For developers of WebTrends reports there is a 2 day "WebTrends Essentials" course covering the basics, and a 2 day "Advanced Reporting" course covering the more advanced features.
For business users of reports there is a 1 day "Understanding WebTrends" course.

WebTrends for Technical Professionals: Essentials
This WebTrends training course is designed is designed to give you the knowledge to start using WebTrends quickly and easily. Through the use of demonstrations, hands-on labs, and lecture, our expert instructors guide you through the implementation of WebTrends SmartSource technology to collect client-side tagging data for analysing web visitor behaviour. You'll also learn how to apply the WebTrends JavaScript tag to your web pages allowing you to utilise some of the most popular WebTrends query parameters to capture additional data to measure content effectiveness, navigational effectiveness and conversion metrics. Configuring profiles, templates, and advanced features to create reports in WebTrends will also be covered.
Because SmartSource data technology is applicable to both WebTrends Software and WebTrends On Demand, exercises and demonstrations are provided for both environments allowing you to choose the exercises that best fit your needs.

WebTrends for Technical Professionals: Advanced Reporting
Business users' requests have become increasingly sophisticated as they discover more about what can be measured and tracked on the web site. In order to succeed, they need access to the most advanced and targeted information possible. Although many requests may be solved by typical reports, more and more require advanced reporting capabilities. These increased needs can best be addressed by utilising WebTrends SmartReports, SmartView and Custom Reports.
In WebTrends for Technical Professionals: Advanced Reporting, our expert instructors use demonstrations, hands-on labs and lecture to guide you through the configuration and use of Custom Reports for tracking of campaigns, segmentation of visitors, analysis of ecommerce, and other custom reporting needs. Understanding WebTrends Reports
This is a one-day course that helps you become more familiar with, and make decisions based on, the data stored in your WebTrends reports.
The workshop-based course is designed to help maximise the value of WebTrends by showing you how to interpret the information in WebTrends reports effectively. A certified WebTrends trainer will demonstrate and then lead the class through an extensive set of reports generated by complex sample data. These exercises will assist both technical and business users to review report data, learn what the statistics mean and why they are important. Delegates will learn how to make e-business decisions based on the report data and how to align promotions and web content to reach customers more effectively. A review of WebTrends capabilities will be included to illustrate program customisation and its benefits toward better site design.
