Webtrends Analytics 9 is currently available in two versions for customers. The latest software version (On Premises) is Webtrends 9.2. The hosted (On Demand) version is currently being phased out in support for Webtrends Analytics 10. Webtrends Administrators should currently be moving their Webtrends users to the new Webtrends 10 interface.

Upgrade from Webtrends 9
The latest On Premises version of Webtrends has no current plans for a major upgrade. An alternative solution may be to upgrade to the latest On Demand version of Webtrends. Matraxis consultancy can assist with migrating a software installation over to an On Demand hosted solution.
